Login to the Tenant Portal to streamline the process of scheduling maintenance calls, ensuring timely repairs and a seamless experience for both tenants and property owners.

How It Works:

  1. Access the App: Tenants can log in to the Rent Redi app using their credentials.
  2. Submit a Request: In the app’s menu, select “REPAIR” and provide details about the issue under description. Be sure to select a category and attach photos if necessary to help us assess the situation accurately.
  3. Urgency Selection: Specify the urgency of the maintenance request. For emergencies, please choose “Emergency” and follow the steps below.
  4. Submit: Click “Submit” to send the maintenance request to our team.

Emergency Instructions:

For emergencies that require immediate attention, follow these steps:

  1. Type “Emergency”: In the description the maintenance request is an emergency (e.g., water leaks, gas leaks, electrical issues), choose the “Emergency” option in the Rent Redi app.
  2. Contact Details: Ensure your contact information is up-to-date in the app, so our team can reach you quickly.
  3. Call Emergency Line: If it’s a severe emergency that requires immediate attention, call our 24/7 emergency hotline at [862-234-5005].

    Emergency Instructions:

    In the case of a serious emergency involving health and safety, please follow these steps:

    1. Call 911: If the situation poses an immediate threat to health or safety, dial 911 or your local emergency number.
    2. Contact Emergency Services: After ensuring your safety and the safety of others, contact the appropriate emergency services (e.g., fire department, police) if needed.
    3. Notify Us: Once the immediate danger is addressed, please inform us about the situation using the Rent Redi app, even if the issue has already been resolved. This helps us maintain accurate records and provide appropriate follow-up.

Maintenance Requests via Email:
For those who prefer email communication, you can also send maintenance requests to maintenance@tritonhomemanagement.com. Please include the following details:

  • Subject: Maintenance Request – [Property Address]
  • Your Full Name
  • Contact Information (Phone Number, Email)
  • Property Address
  • Description of the Issue
  • Urgency Level (Emergency or Routine)

Our maintenance team will promptly review and address all maintenance requests. We prioritize emergencies and respond as quickly as possible to ensure the safety and comfort of our tenants.
