Make a Payment
Follow the instructions to pay with PayPal / Venmo or use the QR code below:
1. PayPal Instructions:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Enter “payments@tritonhomemanagement.com” as the recipient’s email address.
- Input the rent amount in the “Amount” field.
- In the “Add a note” section, include:
Property Address: [Insert Property Address]
Month: [Insert Month, e.g., October] - Choose your preferred payment method.
- Confirm the payment.
2. Venmo Instructions:
- Open the Venmo app.
- Username “payments@tritonhomemanagement.com” as the recipient’s username or email.
- Input the rent amount.
- In the “What’s it for?” field, include:
Property Address: [Insert Property Address]
Month: [Insert Month, e.g., October] - Choose your funding source.
- Confirm the payment.
**By including the property address and month in the payment notes as specified, you ensure precise allocation of your rent payment to your rental property for the designated month.**
Payment Instructions for Mailing Rent Payments:
- Make your check or money order payable to “Triton Home Management.”
- Write your [Tenant’s Name], [Property Address], and the [Month and Year] on the memo line.
- Place your payment in an envelope.
- Mail the envelope to Triton Home Management at 7940 Front Beach Rd #2146 Panama City Beach, FL 32407 .
- Allow sufficient time for delivery; send your payment a few days before the due date.
- For receipt confirmation, enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
